Yes! The entire alert management process will be handled, including the rejection & rebate of erroneous alerts.
Which alerts contribute to my monthly total for which I am billed this support fee?
All alerts contribute to this monthly total, aside from RDR alerts, as the refund for these are performed by Stripe and no work is required by our support team.
I'd like to be selective about which alerts I refund. Can I still make use of this service?
Yes! As long as you can provide us with instructions on what alerts you want to refund (e.g. all alerts less than $100), we can accommodate you.
